Small Business Marketing News --- Boomerang Mail Means More Social Reviews


MyFreeMobileWebsite is proud to offer Boomerang email --- designed to capture a customer lead and simultaneously provide feedback on your job, then if the rating is good, request that this customer post a very positive review on Yelp, Google+, or other sites that publish reviews.

We call this boomerang email because once you enter the customer's information, the survey is sent. If the customer replies with a very positive review, the system automatically returns a reply thanking them with a link to your business listing on one of the major directories.

HOW DOES BOOMERANG EMAIL WORK?
Specifically, here's how it works. As you leave a job, you login to your smart phone and enter the customer's name, phone, and email. You can also leave comments to yourself in the comments box. On submit these will be posted in your CRM (Customer Relationship Management) section. Simultaneously, the customer will receive the following email:

Once the customer scores this email, this information is received, if the average number of stars exceeds the threshold (this is set in the setup section), then the customer again receives an email requesting that they give you a good review on Yelp, Google+, Yahoo local, Mamta or some other directory (we have suggested directories) in your setup. These are picked randomly, with a slight bias for Yelp and Google+.
